Audrey Marie Castro, 79, of Idaho Falls, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2025, at her home.

Audrey was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, on March 3, 1946, to John M. Rigoulot and Vivian Labrum Rigoulot. She grew up and attended school in Idaho Falls.

On September 11, 1962, she married Paul Castro in Ririe, Idaho. They were blessed with five children. Audrey spent her time raising her family and taking care of their home. She loved camping, fishing, and being with her family. She was the feistiest woman in the West.

Audrey is survived by her husband of 62 years, Paul Castro of Idaho Falls; her sons: Paul (Sheila) Castro of Idaho Falls, Sam (Shawna) Castro of Idaho Falls, and Eric (Sara) Castro of Shelley; her daughters: Cindy Castro of Idaho Falls, and Linda (Vernon) Foster of Ririe; her sister, Marcella Hill; 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Vivian Rigoulot; her brother, Nick; her sister, Cheri; and her grandson, Travis.
