Barbara Lee Schreiber, 77, of Idaho Falls, passed March 4, 2016, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was a resident at Morningstar Senior Living in Idaho Falls.

She was a great wife, mom, grandmother and friend; she will be missed by all.

Barb was born and raised in Denver. She attended Colorado State University and met her husband, James Schreiber, while working for Western Airlines in Denver. They were married for over 51 years.

She moved to Idaho Falls in 1967 where she and Jim raised 3 children. Barbara was involved with the community in many ways including donating her time with the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter, which she enjoyed very much.

She valued her friends and family immensely.

She is survived by her husband Jim Schreiber, of Idaho Falls; 3 children, John of Idaho Falls; Julie and Mark both of Southern California; 3 grandchildren: Makenzie Eden, Ketzia and Makenna Schreiber.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls.
