Benjamin Lyle Frantzen, 32, of Ririe, Idaho, passed away July 17, 2013, suddenly at his home. He was born October 3, 1980, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the son of Scott Henry Frantzen and Nora Jane Schriber. He grew up in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. In 1998, he graduated from Stillwater Area High School. On June 27, 2002, he married Deborah Joy Weaver in Como Park Conservatory in St. Paul. They moved to Rigby, Idaho, to be close to Debbie's family and work in the family business. Ben was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hike, ride ATV's and horseback in the mountains with his family. He was a wonderful young man with a zest for life. Ben was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend who had a big heart and was loved by everyone. He is survived by the following: Wife, Debbie Frantzen of Ririe; Daughters: Lily and Anna Frantzen both of Ririe; Father, Scott Frantzen of San Antonio, Texas; Mother, Nora Scribner of Woodbury, Minnesota; Step-father, Joe Zywiec of Woodbury, Minnesota; Step-mother, Debbie Pogue of San Antonio, Texas; Brothers: Matt (Amy) Frantzen of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Ryan (Leah) Frantzen of Woodbury, Minnesota; and Grandparents, Lyle and Lorraine Scribner of Oakdale, Minnesota. Memorial services will be at 12 Noon Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at the Ririe LDS Church at 285 2nd W. St. in Ririe. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the services.
