IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Berneice
Manwill

Berneice was born June 18, 1921, in Centerfield, Utah. She was the 5th of 6 children born to Antone Willard Jensen and Elizabeth Tyzack Jensen. in 1939, she graduated from Gunnison Valley High School.
She was married at the home of her parents on February 7, 1941, to Hal Orson Manwill and later solemnized in the St. Louis Temple May 9, 1998.
Hal and Berneice lived in various locations in Utah and finally settled in Idaho Falls in May of 1961. Berneice worked at Davis Market, baked for School District #93, and was a cook at Bonneville High School and Lincoln Elementary. While her children were attending school, she served in the PTA and as a room mother.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in many different positions in the Sunday School, Primary, and Relief Society. She was a Road Show specialist, ward librarian, and helped to start a ward program called, Friend to Friend.
She loved horses, sewing, crocheting, plastic canvas, long drives, spending time at their cabin in Palisades, baking, listening to music, singing, and she was an avid bowler.
Berneice is reunited with her parents; her husband, Hal; sister, Mildred Jensen; brother, Gail Jensen; grandson, Zachery Clair Manwill; and great-grandson, Tyzack Ray Besendorfer.
She is survived by her sons: Bernell (Donna) Manwill of Centerfield, Utah; Bill (Carol) Manwill, Gail Lynn Manwill, Clair (Debby) Manwill all of Idaho Falls; and Perry (Kathleen) Fredrickson of Sandy, Utah; a sister, Norma Nelson of Salt Lake City; brothers: Miles (Ceila) Jensen of Gunnison, Utah, and Mardell (Elva) Jensen of Centerfield, Utah; 19 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Berneice was a loving mother and grandmother who was always ready with her sewing machine to sew or repair anything that was brought to her as well as always having cookies and candy for visitors. She was an unselfish person who will be greatly missed and will never be forgotten.
