Bill M Shuster, 84, of Clairton, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully with his daughters by his side on December 6, 2023.

He was born September 7, 1939, the son of the late Martin W. and Emma M. (Latine) Shuster.

His greatest love was flying, which began with the United States Marine Corps as a Naval Aviator flying the F-8 Crusader. He proudly served his country as an Officer. He then traveled the world working for the legendary airline, Pan American Airways. He spent his career based in New York and retired as a 747 Captain.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends and all who knew him.

He is survived by his two daughters: Teri "Shelly" (Michael) Hefty of Idaho and Christine (Jeff) Hancock of Idaho; and his brother,  Bruce (Cathy) Shuster of Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bob A. Shuster.

His grandchildren were his pride and joy: Matthew Hefty of Montana, Megan Hefty of Alabama, and Luke Hancock of Idaho.
He also had three nieces who always made him laugh: Kelly, Sally, and Nicole.
