Bishop George Foster Jr., was born January 11, 1936, in Biloxi, Mississippi, to George Foster Sr. and Mother Maggie Lawson. George Foster, was the eldest of four children. He had two brothers; Ronnie, Allen and one sister, Katie Ruth Foster-Anthony. In 1965, he accepted his calling to the ministry and dedicated his life to winning souls for Christ. He was married to his first wife, Alberta Logan, who worked alongside him in ministry for 39 years. God led George Foster Jr. to Idaho Falls in 1972 to speak in a revival at Community Church of God in Christ. For 20 years, George Foster Jr. served his country in the United States Marine Corps and is a Veteran of the Vietnam War.
