Bonnie May Lambert, 45, of Shelley, Idaho, died March 15, 2006, at her home of a heart attack.
She was born on September 19, 1960, in Rigby, Idaho, to Virgil Duwitt Scott and Lillian Alice Pearl Walton Scott. She grew up in Rigby and attended schools there, eventually earning her GED.
On September 3, 1978, she married Ronald E. Lambert in Idaho Falls, Idaho. They lived in Blackfoot for 10 years, Idaho Falls for 2 years and Shelley for 9 years. She worked with her father in the potato industry. She also worked for West Bank Housekeeping and then at Pro-Ida potatoes in Ririe.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Her hobbies included ceramics, coloring, camping and fishing. She was a fun loving person and friend that you could always get advice from and she was always a very good listener.
Survivors include:
spouse, Ronald E. Lambert, of Shelley; Two sons, Virgil (Zonda) D. Scott, of Idaho Falls, and Joey (Heather) E. Lambert, of Blackfoot; mother, Lillian A. Scott, of Shelley; 4 sisters, Elaine (Kelly) M. Peterson, of Idaho Falls; Velma (Jeff) Davidson, of Fort Meyers, Florida; Thelma (Al) Jones, of Blackfoot, and Shauna (Bruce) L. Williams, of Blackfoot; and 3 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Virgil Scott, and her nephew, Jeremy Lambert.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 20, 2006, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m., Sunday, March 19, 2006, and one hour prior to the services, both at Coltrin Mortuary. Interment will be in the Milo Cemetery.
