Caroline Sue Rowland, 71, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away Monday, March 10, 2014 in Fort Hall as a result of a heart attack. Caroline was born August 13, 1942 and was adopted by Rufus and Lucille Conley. Caroline grew up with a love for horses and rode in the local posse. That love for horses continued throughout her life. When Caroline was 18, she married Jack Boyenger and during that union she was blessed with four children. Jack and Caroline divorced and she then married Dutch Heiselt and was blessed with another child, a little girl. After Dutch and Caroline divorced, she married Dennis Doherty, Dennis adopted her four older children. Dennis passed away two years after their marriage. She married Jene Rowland in 1985 and he also passed away. Caroline worked most of her life as a lounge manager and waitress for various businesses in Idaho Falls. She worked multiple jobs and very hard to support her family, this helped instill hard work ethics in all of her children. Caroline enjoyed going to the Eagles to play pool and hang out with all of her friends. Caroline loved to play pool and ran the three ball tournaments on Sundays. She was very proud of the three ball tournaments as the money raised was donated to charity. Caroline lived for her children and family; she was the rock of her family and will truly be missed. She is survived by her children: Jerry Doherty, Jeff Doherty, Jodie (Paul) Meigio, John (Delsa) Doherty, and Kaysha (Ken) Carpenter, 13 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and her brother, Roger (Jane) Conley.
