IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Charlotte Kay
Coleman
December 23, 1939 – July 30, 2018
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Charlotte "Charlie" K. Coleman, 78, on Monday, July 30, 2018 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho from complications related to cancer.
Born and raised in Iowa, her adult life was spent living in various places throughout the west, including Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona and Idaho. While living in Utah she attended Utah State University at the Roosevelt campus. She also began teaching at New Life Training Center in Vernal, Utah where she taught disabled students for several years. Later she married Richard Coleman, a Vietnam veteran and truck driver, and together they traveled the country extensively. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, student, teacher, homemaker and a self-proclaimed gypsy. Charlotte loved spending time with her family and friends, sewing, embroidery, cooking, reading and traveling. She truly was a "one of a kind lady", who was kind and generous. Whether it be teaching disabled students or baking a pie for someone.
She will be loved, remembered and missed greatly.
Charlotte leaves 2 daughters: Becky Skinner and Andrea Hall; her son, Tim Willett; step-son, Allen Coleman; and her brother, Eldon Brown. Charlotte is also leaving her legacy in her 17 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren (Including step-grand and great-grandchildren).
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Orpha Brown, her brother Robin Brown, her husband Richard Coleman, her granddaughter Anna "Skinner" Hunter, and her great-granddaughter Laila Skinner.
At her request no service will be held. The family will hold a private memorial.
