Obituary

Clinton Jacob Hill, 26, of Idaho Falls, died November 26, 2007, at the home of his parents in Milo of cancer. He had been under the care of Hands of Hope Hospice.

He was born May 26, 1981, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Randall J. Hill and Sonia K. Meeks Hill. He grew up in Iona and Idaho Falls. He graduated from Bonneville High School in 1999. He attended Utah State University and Ricks College. He moved to Mesa to work with his uncles in construction and real estate and later worked for the University of Phoenix.

On April 16, 2004, he married Catherine Ann Rowley in the Mesa, Arizona LDS Temple. In the last year, he started his own construction business and worked with his father in Idaho.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served a mission to the Edmonton Alberta and later Calgary Mission from 2001-2003.

He enjoyed basketball, reading, remodeling homes, spending time with his family, and playing and joking around.

Clint will always be remembered for his deep, abiding faith; his loyalty to his loving wife, family and friends; his calm, easy-going demeanor; his driving ambition, and his passion for life.

He is survived by the following: wife, Catherine Ann Hill of Idaho Falls; parents, Randall and Sonia Hill of Milo; brothers: Curtis (Mellissa) Hill of Rexburg; Scott Hill of Logan, Utah; and Austin Hill of Milo; sister, Karlee Hill of New Jersey; grandmother, Rita Meeks of Gilbert, Arizona; and the Rowley Family of Mesa, Arizona.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Farrell A. Meeks; and his paternal grandparents, Robert E. Hill, and Vonda Fern Jordan Hill.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 1, 2007, at the Milo LDS Church, 12127 N. 75 E. with Bishop Tadd Jenkins of the Sage Lakes Ward officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2007, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St. in Idaho Falls and Saturday at the church one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Milo Cemetery.
