Obituary

Cruize Hudson Sasser, beloved son and brother, was born on September 15, 2025, between his triplet sisters. He passed away unexpectedly on February 18, 2026, at five months old.

Cruize spent 35 days in the NICU and was a true powerhouse from the very beginning. Everyone always said, “Cruizey is cruising!” Being the middle child was so perfect for his personality. He was always placed between his sisters to keep them calm. He was their peacemaker, and will be forever missed by his triplet sisters, his very first best friends.

He was passionate about everything he did, giving all his energy into whatever he was doing. He was the happiest baby, especially when being held. He was so smiley and loved being with his parents. He loved being in his saucer and playing with his skinny flower rattle. He loved tracking his toys and the ceiling fan, sitting on Daddy’s lap, and watching Mama sing and dance. He loved saying “hi,” babbling, laughing, and cooing. Cruize loved to eat and loved his pacifier.

He brought so much joy to his family and was tiny but mighty since the beginning. We are so grateful for the beautiful five months we had with our perfect baby and for celebrating the holidays as a whole family. We are grateful to know families can be together forever.

He will be incredibly missed by his parents, his triplet sisters, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and all who love him. We are incredibly grateful to know we will have him again, and for our dear family and friends, his doctors, nurses, and everyone who has loved and prayed for our sweet boy.

We love you, Cruize. Thank you for being our miracle. ❤️

In honor of Cruize, please hold your babies a little tighter and share a smile or an act of kindness in his name.
