Curtis James Young, 40, of Idaho Falls, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Curtis was born on January 18, 1979, in Blackfoot, Idaho to Stacy and Margie Jo Davis Young. He grew up in the Blackfoot area.

On June 14, 2013, he married Tausha Jerrice Nelson in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

He loved singing and dancing. His pride and joy was his granddaughter, Temperance, and his children.

He is survived by his wife, Tausha Young; his children: Keigan, Mackenzie, Morgan, and Macie; his granddaughter, Temperance Rose; his mom, Margie (Marv) Walton; sisters: Celeste (Travis) Haddon, and Tanya.

He was preceded in death by his father, Stacy Young; his granddaughter, Oakleigh Rose; and his grandparents.

At his request no services will be held. Cremation was under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls.
