Daniel Rulon 'Satch' Radford, 77, of Idaho Falls, died Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at Teton Post-Acute Care and Rehabilitation.

He was born on December 31, 1939, in Osgood, Idaho, to Rulon Danial and Laura Leona Staggie Radford. He grew up in Idaho Falls, graduating from Idaho Falls High School. He attended Long Beach City College, where he earned his Journeyman Electrician License.

Dan served in the Army National Guard from 1959-1960, when he was honorably discharged.

On August 26, 1960, he married Eleanor Kay Perry in Idaho Falls, Idaho. They were later divorced. He married Priscilla Pandos, and they were later divorced.

Dan lived in Long Beach and Dorris, California. He was employed as an electrician for TRW in California. He later moved back to Idaho Falls, Idaho.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Enjoying the outdoors made camping and fishing some of Dan's favorite hobbies. Spending time with his family was always enjoyed no matter where.

He is survived by his two daughters: Deborah (Tom) Reimer and Dianna (Richard) McComb, both of Idaho Falls, Idaho; four sisters: May Crawford, of Long Beach, California, Linda McCurdy, of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Virginia (Mont) Barney, of Sacramento, California, and Maxine Harris, of Guymon, Oklahoma; 6 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews who loved their uncle Dan.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Rulon and Leona Radford; four brothers: Clifford Radford, Dean Radford, Lynn Radford and Dave 'Red' Radford; two sisters: Marie Bernard and Margaret Cook.
