David "Jeffery" Boyde

David "Jeffery" Boyde, 32, of Idaho Falls, died January 20, 2006, in a motor vehicle accident near Antelope Flats on Highway 26.

He was born Oct. 23, 1973, in Gary, Indiana, to Larnell Hooks and Annie Kate Boyde. He grew up in Gary and graduated from Horace Mann High School in 1990.

On May 18, 2001, he married Janet Jean Elizabeth Smith in Idaho Falls. He has worked for Brady's for the past 7 ½ years.

He was a member of the African Methodist Episcopal Church.

He enjoyed sports, pool, bowling, card games, and movies. Jeffery was a loveable, happy spirit with a smile for everyone.

He is survived by the following:

wife, Janet Boyde;

step-daughter, Jasmine Smith;

step-son, Reginald Sayles;

daughter, Nia Boyde all of Idaho Falls

mother, Annie Kate Boyde of Atlanta, Georgia;

father, Larnell Hooks of Gary, Indiana;

sisters: Lana Hooks and Kimberley Boyde of Atlanta, Georgia;

brother, James E. Boyde of Minneapolis, Minnesota;

brother, Larnell Hooks Jr. of Gary, Indiana;

sister, Barbara Redmond of Omaha, Nebraska

He was preceded in death by his sister, Erica Boyde; grandmother, Annie Mae Boyde and grandfather, Reuben Augustus Boyde.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2006, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St. In Idaho Falls with Rev. George Reliford of Gary, Indiana, and Elder Don Patterson of Idaho Falls officiating. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Fielding Cemetery.
