David "Matt" Witherington, 39, of Idaho Falls, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2015, of a heart attack. He was born August 19, 1975, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, to Teresa Swetman. He was raised by Everett Hoover as his own. He grew up in Idaho Falls and Ririe. He attended schools in Idaho Falls. On October 8, 1992, he married Cindy Lee Waters, the love of his life, in Idaho Falls. Matt worked at Kingston Produce, Walker Produce, WIT Inc. and T&B Farms. He enjoyed fishing, camping, four-wheeling and trucking. Matt loved his kids and granddaughter more than life itself. Matthew D. ". . . just keep on trucking . . . " He is survived by his wife, Cindy Witherington of Idaho Falls; daughter, Hope CoriLee Witherington and only granddaughter, SopHie ShayLee Witherington; daughter, Dixie Lee Witherington; daughter, Madyson Ariel Witherington, and Gabbee Ann Witherington all of Idaho Falls; an only son, BraEdyn Matthew Witherington of Idaho Falls; parents, Teresa and Everett Hoover of Albany, Oregon; parents, Sherry and Morris Waters of Idaho Falls; sisters: Jamie (Ron) Shrives of Idaho Falls and Kristina Hoover of Albany, Oregon; Jennifer Pando of Idaho Falls; Ginger (Laun) Cook of Rigby, and a brother, Travis Waters of Idaho Falls. Matt was preceded in death by his grandfather, William "Bill" Roscoe. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., Idaho Falls, Idaho. The family will visit with friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2015, and one hour prior to the services Wednesday both at Coltrin Mortuary. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
