David Ray Young, 58, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 22, 2009 in his home. He was born May 9th, 1951 in Idaho Falls to Grant and Hazel Nelson Young. He grew up in Idaho Falls. He attended Idaho Falls High School, and later received his GED. He was a United States Marine and served his country during the Vietnam War from 1969-1972. He moved to Belmar, New Jersey in 1977 and lived there till moving back to Idaho Falls in 1989. He married Sandra Vetrano they later divorced. He married Sienna Marrow they later divorced. On July 23rd, 1994 he married Debra Lynne Andrew. David enjoyed watching baseball, football, playing Texas Hold'em, and visiting with friends and family on the back porch. David is survived by his wife, Debra, of Idaho Falls; daughters, Corina Young of Blackfoot and Salina Croft of Idaho Falls; sons, Michael Young and Richard P. Young both of New Jersey; brother, Joe (Betty) Young of Nampa; sisters, Karen Knight, Sally Young, and Betty Delisso of Bullhead City, Arizona; brother, Richard (Nila) Young of Kuna; sister, Vicky (Elisa) Ortega of Rexburg; brothers, Brent Knight and Kent Knight, and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Grant Young; mother, Hazel Steuben; step-father, Fred Steuben; brother, Ralph Young; and sisters, Mary Wilson and Delight Packer. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 25th, 2009 at 12 P.M. at the Idaho Falls LDS 9th Ward Building at 395 2nd Street.
