Deborah Howell Manwill, 53, of Idaho Falls, passed away suddenly at her home on Thursday, April 30, 2015 of natural causes. She was born August 28, 1961, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, the daughter of Charles D. Howell and Dolly Gilbert Howell. Deb grew up in Idaho Falls and spent her early childhood summers in Seaside, Oregon, with her grandparents. She graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1979. She attended Boise State University where she earned an Associate Degree of Applied Science. On November 27, 1991, she married Clair J. Manwill in Idaho Falls. Following her college graduation, she moved back to Idaho Falls. Deb worked for Betchel as a Senior Technical Specialist for 29 years. While growing up, she was a member of Job's Daughters. She enjoyed bowling and was on a bowling league for 12 years as well as a dart league. Deb also enjoyed boating, boat and car racing, reading books, and spending time at their cabin in Palisades, Idaho. Deb was very caring and loving and she had a heart of gold. She is survived by her husband, Clair J. Manwill of Idaho Falls; daughters: Camille Marie Manwill and Maria Claire (Todd) Barrie both of Idaho Falls; son, Kenny J (Whitney) Manwill of Idaho Falls; father, C.D. "Bud" Howell of Idaho Falls; step-sister, Francine (Mike) Larsh of Boise, Idaho; step-brother, Tim Scott of Rock Springs, Wyoming; Aunts: Janet (Edwin) Dunmire and Marjorie (Lloyd) Myers both of Leesburg, Florida; Ellen Lohr of Georgia, Uncle, James (Penny) Howell of Tarpon Springs, Florida, and 3 grandchildren. Deb was preceded in death by her mother, Dolly Gavin; step-father, Carl Garvin; step-brother, Mark Scott; step-mother, Pam Howell; uncles, Jack Howell and Glen Perkins. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, May 08, 2015, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls, Idaho. The family will visit with friends from 7-8:30 p.m., on Thursday, May 7, 2015, and one hour prior to services both at Coltrin Mortuary.
