He was born to Marion and Beverly Williams Cutler on December 30, 1946 in Idaho Falls. He was raised and schooled in Idaho Falls.

Dennis married Lois Mae Andersen, his soul mate and best friend, who was by his side to the end.

He worked construction most of his life. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, river boating, and camping. Dennis will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife, Lois; children: Shon Andersen of Texas; Mark Cutler of Soda Springs; Crystal Mathers of Boise; and Kathy Dressing of New York; his mother, Beverly Cutler of Idaho Falls; and his sisters: Linda Cutler and Sheryl Cutler Smith both of Idaho Falls.

He was preceded in death by his father.

As per Dennis' wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Cremation was under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., Idaho Falls.
