Donna Koster, 81, Idaho Falls resident, died Feb. 23, 2007, at her home in Idaho Falls. She was born March 5, 1925 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, the daughter of Issac and Harriet Denning Robinson. She grew up in the Ucon and Coltman area and attended Ucon High School. On August 25, 1942, she married Johnny Koster in Idaho Falls, Idaho. They lived in the Coltman area for 62 years in the same home. She worked at Ucon Produce for many years. Her husband passed away in 2004. She was a Christian. She worked many years at the voting polls. She enjoyed fishing, camping, cooking, crocheting, having coffee with friends, and watching the Utah Jazz basketball games. She was a homemaker, but she always worked side by side with her husband on the farm. She loved her family and she always protected them and supported them in all their activities.

Survivors include two sons; J. Val (wife, Nancy) Koster, Idaho Falls, ID, and Rick L. Koster, Idaho Falls, ID; one daughter, Cherie Ann Miskin, Silverdale, WA; sister, Rita Parkin, Bountiful, UT; 8 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a brother, Melvin Robinson; and a sister, Lucille Buckley. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 26, 2007, at the Ucon Cemetery. The family will meet at 10-11:00 a.m. at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls, Idaho, prior to leaving for the cemetery.
