Donna J. Ray, 65, of Idaho Falls, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2014, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born September 20, 1948, in San Diego, California, to William and Thelma Gilliamson. In 1968, she married Douglass Ray in San Diego. Doug's career with the Navy took them to a number of locations throughout the United States from coast to coast. They were blessed with two children, a daughter, April, who was born in Idaho Falls, and a son, Douglass, who was born in San Francisco. Donna enjoyed being a full time wife and homemaker. Donna enjoyed collecting dolls, boating at Lake Powell, camping throughout Idaho, visiting with grandchildren and attending the Nascar and Drag races in Las Vegas. She is survived by her husband, Douglass Ray of Idaho Falls; daughter, April (Edward) kolbet; sons, Douglas Ray Jr.; 3 grandchildren: Andrea, Rianna, and Morgan. The family will visit with friends from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., Idaho Falls. No local services are planned.
