The family of Douglas N. Whatmore, M.D. (LTC Ret., US Army Medical Corps), is sad to announce his passing on June 12, 2026, at his home in Idaho Falls after a long struggle with brain cancer. Doug was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and brother. He was a compassionate and dedicated physician throughout his military career and afterwards in private practice in Idaho Falls.
