Obituary
Elaine Bressler Cotter, 100, of Idaho Falls, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020, at home. She was under the care of Alliance Hospice.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls.
