Eleanor Kay Perry, 80, of Idaho Falls, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2024, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was under the care of Aspen Hospice.
Kay was born on April 7, 1943, in Thatcher, Idaho to Stanley and Gwen Nelson Perry. She grew up in Idaho Falls where she attended Idaho Falls High School.
In August 1960, she married Daniel Rulon Radford in Idaho Falls, Idaho. To this union, two daughters were born. Daniel and Kay divorced in 1983.
She was a receptionist for Holden, Kidwell, Hahn, and Crapo for over 20 years. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles since 1987.
Kay was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed cross stitch, quilting, and playing Dominoes with her friends. Her most enjoyable time was spent with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Dianna (Richard) McComb of Idaho Falls, Idaho; her grandsons: Michael (Tera) McCarty of Shelley, Idaho, John Daniel (Tyra) McComb of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Richard (Lisa) McComb Jr. of Idaho Falls, Idaho; her granddaughters: Megan (Cheo) DeSoto of Rigby, Idaho, Jessica Duke of Moreno Valley, California, and Jennifer (Daniel) Spatig of Maryland; her sister, Joanne Zelinsky of Idaho Falls, Idaho; and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Nelson Perry; and her daughter, Deborah Reimer.
A joint celebration of life for Kay and Deborah will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., April 12, 2024, at the Eagles Lodge, 635 Hemmert, Idaho Falls. Cremation was under the care of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls.
