Elizabeth (Beth) Ann Collins Elliott, 75, of Ammon, died Monday, April 24, 2017, at her home. She was under the care of Hands of Hope Hospice.

Beth was born on December 15, 1941, to Harley C. and Mabel E. Wright Collins, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She grew up in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1960.

On November 20, 1959, she married the love of her life, Joseph Edward Elliott, in Idaho Falls. Together they raised their three children: Cindy, David and Debbie.

She worked at the Sacred Heart Hospital, Snake River Equipment, David Steed & Associates, Carl Gray Tire, Starting Line Products and Eagles Lodge. She worked as a bookkeeper.

Beth was a member of the First Baptist church in Idaho Falls.

She enjoyed doing charity work at the Eagles Lodge. Going bowling, playing golf, playing pool, camping and fishing.

Beth was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending her time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Elliott, of Idaho Falls, Idaho; her daughters: Cindy (Steve) Barnes and Debbie (Greg) Fife, both of Idaho Falls, Idaho; her son, David (Candy) Elliott, of Rigby, Idaho; her brothers: LeRoy (Marianna) Collins, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Tom (Pam) Collins, of Logan, Utah; her sisters: Eileen Keller and Olive Dean Wright, both of Idaho Falls, Idaho; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Harley and Mabel Collins; her sister, Doris Flint; and her brother, Raymond Collins.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 28, 2017, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls, with Pastor Rick Brown officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6:30-8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 27, 2017, and one hour prior to the services on Friday, both at Coltrin Mortuary.
