Eloise Rathjen, 91, of Idaho Falls, died January 31, 2014, at Turtle and Crane Assisted Living Center. She was under the care of One Source Hospice. Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls.
