Eugene B. Whaley II, 75, of Idaho Falls, died Friday, September 8, 2017, at his home. He was under the care of Aspen Home Health and Hospice.
He was born on February 7, 1942 at Fort Benning, Georgia, to Eugene B. and Amy Mitchell Whaley.
He served his country in the US Navy from 1961-1981.
He was married to Diana Kay Antle Whaley. She died October 29, 2008.
He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Frazier of California; two sons, Eugene Whaley III of Idaho, and Kevin Whaley of Idaho; 4 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife.
