Frank "F.E." Williams, 80, of Pocatello, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2014, at his home. He was under the care of Heritage Home Health and Hospice. Frank was born on June 2, 1934, in Driggs, Idaho, to Louise Lewis and Francis Earl Williams. Frank's family moved to Idaho Falls and graduated from O.E. Bell. He served in the United States Army. On July 18, 1952, in Shelley, Idaho, he married his true love Yvone June Bateman. Together they had four sons and two daughters. In 1991, he retired from Union Pacific Railroad where he worked as a locomotive engineer. After retiring, he was able to travel and spend his winters living in Phoenix, Arizona, and Las Vegas, Nevada, always returning to Idaho in the spring. Besides his love for trains, Frank always enjoyed Harley Davidson Motorcycles. Frank is described as a loving, grumpy, terribly well husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, June Williams, of Pocatello, ID;his sons; Donald Williams, of Belgrade, MT, Frank Williams, of Lewiston, ID, Bart Williams, of Pocatello, ID, and Leland Williams, of St. George, UT; his daughters, Julie Rubbins, of Pocatello, ID;and Kristy Bateman, of Caldwell, ID, his sister; Roxie Fager, of Idaho Falls, ID; 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and his grandson, Danny. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, December 15, 2014, at the Driggs Cemetery in Driggs, Idaho.
