Gail Margaret Conover, 74, of Idaho Falls, passed away on March 9, 2022, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of multiple organ failure.

Gail was born on September 15, 1947, in Fort Pierce, Florida to Earl Lester Draper and Lora Leona McCullers Draper. She was the youngest of her family with two older siblings: James Aaron Draper and Barbara Jorgenson.

In 1966, she married Blaine Conover. They had two children: Ty and Tammy. The family settled in Riverton, Utah. Blaine and Gail later divorced.

After her divorce, she moved to West Jordan, Utah. She worked for many insurance companies, and she especially loved working for Magellan Health Services. Once she retired she moved to Idaho Falls, Idaho to enjoy her retirement.

She loved family history work, spending time in the mountains, and she fiercely loved her pets.

She is survived by her children: Ty (Shianne) Conover of Lehi, Utah and Tammy (Ryan) Rushton of Blackfoot, Idaho; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Draper; her mother, Lora McCullers Draper; and her brother, James Aaron Draper.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Bishop Brian Schultz and the members of the Idaho Falls 32 ^nd Ward for all the service and friendships given on behalf of their mom.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
