Gail Dedrick Robinson, 90, of Idaho Falls, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Morning Star Assisted Living.

Gail was born on March 9, 1936, to Harry and Florence Dedrick in Phillipsburg, Kansas. At the age of six, her family moved from their farm in Kansas to Gooding, Idaho. She grew up on a farm in Gooding and graduated from Gooding High School in 1954.

In 1954, she married Andrew Lenn Nelson. They made their home in Arco, where they owned and operated a service station. Gail also worked at a jewelry store. After 16 years of marriage, Lenn passed away in June 1970. She later married Wendell Robinson in 1971; he passed away in 1991. She married Maynard Taysom in 1994, and they divorced in 1997. She then married Lindy Hall in 2000, and he passed away in 2013.

She was a member of the Baptist Church and participated in Christian Women's groups and a musical entertaining group. She was an incredible seamstress and enjoyed dancing, singing, and painting. She also liked to fish and hunt, play cards, and find a good yard sale. She overcame obstacles with grace and joy. Gail was a lovely, kind woman who never knew a stranger.

Gail is survived by her son, Taren (Joyce) Nelson of Clarkston, Washington; and her sister, Sharon (Dennis) Page of Idaho Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Florence Dedrick; her brother, Keith Dedrick; her son, Troy Nelson; and her husbands: Andrew Lenn Nelson, Wendell Robinson, and Lindy Hall.

Private graveside services were held in Arco under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls.
