Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Georgia Anderson, 85, passed from this life quietly on November 6, 2023, at MorningStar Senior Living Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho.  She maintained her sweet and loving spirit to the very end of her days.

Georgia Gail Fenrich was born on April 3, 1938, in Caldwell, Idaho to George and Verna Stevens Fenrich.

She attended schools in Caldwell, Idaho; Bend and Madras, Oregon; Seattle, Washington; and graduated from high school in 1956 in Ontario, Oregon.  She then attended Idaho Falls Business School and Brigham Young University.

Georgia married Boyd Oley Anderson in the Idaho Falls Temple on March 20, 1959.  To this union were born 7 children: 1 daughter and 6 sons.

Georgia joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on February 28, 1947. She enjoyed serving in many capacities in the church including Young Women, Primary, Sunday School, and Relief Society as a leader and teacher on both the ward and stake level.

Georgia is survived by her children: Teresa (Kip) Grubaugh of Fallon, Nevada; Christopher (Becky) of Grand Blanc, Michigan; Jonathan (Ellen) of Pasadena, Maryland; Matthew (Susan) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Ryan (Christin) of Surprise, Arizona; Tyler (Melissa) of Grand Junction, Colorado; Kelly (Juliana) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; two half-brothers: Doug and Brian Fenrich; a step-sister, Kristy Osborne; 37 grandchildren and 59 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Boyd; her parents; her brother, Ritchie Fenrich; a step-sister Janis Hall; and a granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the Long Cove Ward, 1925 East 49th South, Idaho Falls, Idaho. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the services. Services will be broadcast live on www.Facebook.com/coltrinmortuary. Interment will be at the Pioneer Cemetery in Rigby, Idaho.
