Gertraud Drigert, 85, of Idaho Falls, died September 23, 2009, at her home of cancer. She was under the care of Hospice of Eastern Idaho. She was born March 9, 1924, in Germany to Adolf and Hedwig Kludt. She arrived in New York from Germany in 1953. She married William Drigert in June, 1955, in New York, New York. She lived in New York from 1953-1993, before moving to Idaho Falls. She enjoyed gardening. She is survived by her son, Mark Drigert of Idaho Falls; sister, Elizabeth Kludt of Idaho Falls; sister, Waltraud Gross of Germany. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Drigert.
