She was born Dec. 20, 1959, in Marysville, Ohio, the daughter of Gerald Wayne and Waunna Allison Galloway. She grew up in Marysville and graduated from Marysville High School in 1978. She graduated from the Ohio High Point School of Nursing Sept. 6, 1990.
She married Ken Masters Dec. 1, 1982, in Marysville. She and her husband lived there until 1993 when they moved to Idaho Falls for six months, then to Rexburg where she worked as a nurse.
She loved her dog, Brewster, and she enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, quilting, antiques, long drives, sightseeing, and camping.
All who knew her felt loved as she felt genuine love and responsibility for those in her care; she was a loving wife, a caring mother, daughter and sister, a wonderful grandmother, and an angel of mercy for those she cared for.
Survivors include her husband, Ken Masters, Rexburg, ID; 2 sons, Tony Pozenel (Darby), of St. Anthony, ID, and Kyle Masters, of Fort Benning, Georgia; her mother, Waunna Galloway, of Marysville, OH; one brother, Jeff Galloway, of Marysville, OH; 2 sisters, Trudi Sorg (Randy), of Marysville, OH, and Heidi Fisher (Don), of Marysville, OH; and 2 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Wayne Galloway, and a brother, Phillip Wayne Galloway.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12, 2007, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.coltrinmortuary.com
