Gloria Jean Johnson, 67, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away Saturday March 7, 2015, at Good Samaritan Society-Idaho Falls Village. She was born August 6, 1948, in Ammon, Idaho, to Lavern Williams and Doris Jorgensen Williams. She grew up in Ammon and graduated from Bonneville High School in 1966. She married Drew L. Johnson in Idaho Falls on December 24, 1975. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She worked at Arctic Circle for over 15 years as the store manager. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed reading romance novels, traveling overseas with her husband, and long car rides. Jean loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She is survived by the following: husband, Drew L. Johnson of Idaho Falls; son, Jeremy (Sarah) Johnson of Idaho Falls; son, Troy Johnson of Lake Stevens, Washington; brother, Wayne (Glenda) Williams of Tacoma, Washington; brother, Bruce (Linda) Williams of Idaho Falls; sister, Judy (Mickey) McCafferty of Idaho Falls; brother, Carl (Tammie) Williams of Idaho Falls; brother, Clyde (Bonnie) Williams of Idaho Falls; brother, Bill Williams of Idaho Falls sister, Connie Hahn of Idaho Falls; and 3 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother and father; sisters: Brenda Williams and Sandy Smith; brother: Rex Williams. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2015, at the LDS 9th Ward, 2nd & Higbee, with Bishop David Gemar officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Thursday March 12, 2015, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., and on Friday one hour prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
