Gwendolyn Opal Woolwine, 83, of Challis, ID died October 13, 2015 at Hospice Home of Eastern Idaho in Ammon. Memorial Services will be held at a later date at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 311 Leesburg Lane in Challis.
