Harrison Deloss Colby, 77, of Idaho Falls, passed away on June 19, 2023, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was under the care of Aspen Hospice.

Harrison was born on April 10, 1946, in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Aldon Deloss and Elma Iris Caughie Colby. He grew up in Idaho Falls.
On August 8, 1969, he married his sweetheart, Judy Lee Smith in Nampa, ID. Together they raised 5 children. She was a homemaker. Over the years Judy and her family lived in Portland, OR; Firth, ID; Glasgow, MT; Nampa, ID; and Idaho Falls, ID.
He enjoyed Fishing, prospecting for gold, hunting, snowmobiling, gambling, and being with his family. Harrison was a loving, kindhearted, caring father, grandfather, and friend. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by sons: Aldon Colby of Blackfoot, Idaho, Michael (Carla) Colby of Idaho Falls, Idaho and Darrell Colby of Pocatello, Idaho; daughters: Robin Colby of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Brandy Colby (Pablo) Orellana of Germantown, Maryland, and 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Colby; his parents: Aldon and Elma Colby; and a brother.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 26, 2023, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls. The family will visit with friends and family one hour prior to services.
