Harvey Earl Blair II, 44, of Idaho Falls, passed away in the early afternoon of May 2, 2016 at his home.

A man who always put his needs and desires behind those of his many loved ones, he now leaves a void that cannot be filled in the hearts of those who knew him. A strong supporter of our troops, he himself served in the Army from 1989 until 1997.

A loving son, father, grandfather and friend, Harvey was born May 9, 1971 to Linda Lazzarotto and Harvey Blair. The oldest of eleven children, he was the embodiment of a true and loving brother and son.

He was a loving father of two girls, who were the most important loves of his life. He had many friends and touched many lives with his constant generosity and caring heart.

Harvey is survived by the mother of his children, Janet Lockhart; daughters: Kristina and Jessica Blair; grandchildren: KadyLynn Tamera, Caden James and Justin Aaron Harvey; his parents; nine siblings; grandmother, Jenny Dutton; and many more loving family members.

A Memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Friday May 6, 2016 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 1730 St. Clair where military rites will be conducted immediately following the service.  Arrangements are under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., Idaho Falls, Idaho.
