Henry A. Lopez Ambrocio, 27, of Salt Lake City, formerly of Idaho Falls, died Friday, February 23, 2018, at Riverbend Indoor Soccer Facility, doing what he loved.

Henry was born on June 16, 1990, in West Lake, California to Adolfo Lopez Barrientos and Maria Dalila Ambrocio. He grew up in Idaho Falls where he attended Holy Rosary Elementary School and church and graduated from Skyline High School in 2008. He attended University of Utah and Salt Lake Community College.

He was living in Salt Lake City, Utah where he worked for Aerotek in recruitment and staffing.
Henry loved to play soccer, his fraternity-Kappa Sigma, and he was proud to have attended University of Utah. He enjoyed spending time with his teammates, family and friends.

The most noble thing about Henry is that his love, friendship, loyalty, generosity and overall positive spirit and energy has no bounds or conditions.

He is survived by his mother, Maria (Lila) Lopez Ambrocio of Idaho Falls, Idaho; his father, Adolfo (Fito) Lopez of Idaho Falls, Idaho; his brother, Edward Lopez of Salt Lake City, Utah; his grandmother, Maria Chinchilla of Idaho Falls, Idaho; his grandfather, Jorge Ambrocio of Idaho Falls, Idaho; his grandfather, Romeo Lopez of Guatemala.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Carlota Zamora.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m., Friday, March 2, 2018, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls. Rosary will start at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 3, 2018, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 145 9th Street. Interment will be at Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
