Hugo Enrique Silva Avalos, 26, of Boise, formerly of Idaho Falls, died Sunday, September 26, 2012, in Bliss, Idaho. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 22, 2012, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls, with Pastor Jose Favela officiating. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday, September 21, 2012, and from 11:30 a.m.to 1 p.m. prior to the service at the mortuary. Condolences may be sent online at www.coltrinmortuary.com
