James Gregory Howard (Greg), 60, of Iona, passed away June 21, 2024, peacefully in his home surrounded by his children.

He was born August 25, 1963, in Twin Falls, Idaho, to James and Sonia Howard. He grew up in Murtaugh, ID and Twin Falls, ID where he enjoyed helping on the dairy farm and skiing with his best friend. He settled in Rigby, ID with his family in 1994. Then moved to Iona in 2014.

Greg loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with his family and dogs.

Greg was currently working at Dillon Toyota Lyft and had been there for ten years. He previously worked for Arnold Machinery for twenty years. He had a huge customer base and loved his job.

Greg is survived by his mother, Sonia Howard of Hubbard, Iowa; his daughter, Stevie (Jake) Robinette of Boise, ID; daughter, Danielle (Cody) Likes of Rigby, ID; son, James "Tyler" (Caitlin) Howard of Haslet, TX; daughter, Kimberly (Joe) Warnecke of Haslet, TX; sister, Debbie Morgan of Hubbard, IA; brother, Brian (Amy) Howard of Jewell, IA; 7 grandchildren; and two dogs, Lilly and Otis.

Greg was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, and best friend, Corry Ehlers.

No services will be held. Cremation is under the care of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls.
