Jane was born November 19, 1922, at Velsen, in the Netherlands. She was the daughter of Mina and Willem Van Beek. In 1939, she met her husband Cornelis (Carl) Jaring and they were married on May 21, 1942. In 1953, they decided to immigrate to the United States of America and settled in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Jane was a devoted wife to Carl, the love of her life. She took great pride in her home and was fond of giving house parties for family and friends. She maintained a beautiful flower garden which was the pride of the neighborhood.

Jane and Carl enjoyed traveling to many places throughout the U.S. in their motor home. They also traveled to Holland several times over the years to visit family and friends.

Jane and Carl had no children but were surrounded by many close friends and family members during their years together. Jane will be sorely missed by all who knew her throughout her life.

Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, who passed away on July 1, 2007.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, October 11, 2007, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the services on Thursday. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.coltrinmortuary.com.
