Jimmy Reed Griffith Jr., 54, of Idaho Falls, passed away on October 3, 2026, at his home.

Jimmy was born on December 23, 1971, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Jimmy Griffith Sr. and Debbie Hanner. He grew up in Idaho Falls. After high school, he joined the United States Navy, where he served in Desert Storm.

He enjoyed drumming and fishing on the Snake River. His most enjoyable moments were those spent with his daughter, Madeline.

He is survived by his daughter, Madeline Griffith of Cañon City, Colorado; his parents; his sister, Sarah Healea of Nampa, Idaho; and several nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly.
