He was born December 12, 1982, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Delbert Edwards and Audrey Patrick and was raised by his grandparents, Richard and Shirley Whitman. He attended Ririe elementary and Hillcrest High School.

He enjoyed BMX biking, camping, fishing, and spending time with his kids and friends. He worked in construction.

He is survived by his girl friend, Nicki Lawrence; a daughter, Jaylee; a son, Cade Christopher Roy Edwards; parents, Delbert Edwards and Audrey Patrick; grandparents, Richard and Shirley Whitman; grandfather, Franklin D. Evans; a sister, Jennifer Evans; 2 brothers, Adam Hendricks, and Alex Evans, and his best friend, Bryce Gruver.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Delva and Virgil Edwards and his stepfather, Craig Patrick.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2008, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., Idaho Falls. The family will visit with friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 3, , 2008, at Coltrin Mortuary and Friday one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
