Junior Alexis Garcia Rodriguez, 26, of Idaho Falls, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023, at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.

Junior was born in Idaho Falls, Id to Alma Rodriguez & Eduardo Garcia.

As a child, Junior was always mischievous with a heart of gold. He never failed to show his loved ones how much he loved and how much he appreciated everything they did for him.  When he was 16 years old, he became a father to a beautiful little girl named NoElly Garcia whom he loved dearly.   In life, Junior made a great impact on a lot of people and that's why he will always live in their hearts.

Junior is survived by his Daughter, NoElly Garcia; Mother, Alma Rodriguez (Raymundo) of Idaho Falls, ID; Father, Eduardo Garcia (Irma) of Idaho Falls, ID; Sisters: Yecenia Diaz de Gonzalez (Eligio) of Idaho Falls, ID, Yoselin Garcia of Idaho Falls, ID, and Alejandra Martinez Rendon of Mexico; Brothers: Eddie Garcia of Idaho Falls, ID, Joel Garcia of Idaho Falls, ID, Jesus Garcia of Idaho Falls, ID, and Francisco Javier Martinez of Mexico; Grandmother, Teresa Lopez Rodriguez of Idaho Falls, ID; Grandmother, Maria Guadalupe Rangel Garcia of Idaho Falls, ID; and a lot of nieces & nephews.

He is proceeded in death by his sister, Fatima Garcia Rodriguez; Grandfather, Amadeo Rodriguez Gonzalez; and Grandfather, Jose Jesus Garcia.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., June 30, 2023, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 905 S. Lee (corner of 9th and Lee). A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., June 29, 2023, with a Rosary at 7:30 p.m., at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls. Burial will be in the Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
