Kendra Eleanor Packer Lofthouse, 35, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, died Friday, August 6, 2010, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born in Pocatello, Idaho, to David Dean and Karen Lyne Allen Packer. She grew up in Pocatello and Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1993. She attended ISU and received her Bachelors Degree in Social Work. She worked as a Licensed Social Worker. On November 3, 2007, she married Brandon Lofthouse in Idaho Falls. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served as a primary teacher, relief society presidency counselor, compassionate service coordinator, and activities committee chair for the single adult branch. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, watching movies, reading books, family reunions and she lettered in soccer. Kendra is loving, caring, beautiful, cheerful, selfless, compassionate, brave, strong, the best aunt in the world, and will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 10, 2010, at the Idaho Falls LDS 4th Ward, 955 Memorial Drive, Idaho Falls. The family will visit with friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, August 9, 2010, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls, and one hour prior to the services at the church. Interment will be at Cache-Clawson Cemetery.
