Kyle J Bailey, 57, of Idaho Falls passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at Idaho Falls Community Hospital.

Kyle was born on November 18, 1967, in Rexburg, Idaho to Francis Andrew Bailey and Carol Weekes Bailey. He grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho, he attended Skyline High School and graduated in 1986.

He joined the United States Navy on February 12, 1990, and served for twenty years before being honorably discharged on February 28, 2010. While serving in the Navy, he met his future wife, Grace Natividad, who was also serving in the Navy. They were married on February 22, 2000, in San Diego, California.

While serving in the Navy, he lived in Japan, Norfolk, Virginia, Hawaii, Bremerton, Washington, Idaho Falls, Idaho, San Diego, California, Iran, Iraq, and North Carolina. After retiring from the Navy, he settled in Idaho Falls and became a long-haul truck driver.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed fishing and camping.

Kyle is survived by his wife, Grace Bailey of Idaho Falls, Idaho; and his daughters: Cesa Carol Bailey and Kylie Dhea Bailey both of Idaho Falls, Idaho. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Andrew and Carol Weekes Bailey.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls. The Family will meet with family and friends from 6-7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2025, and one hour prior to services both at the mortuary. Burial will be at Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
