LaDawna Jo Seward, 65, of Shelley, Idaho, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of cancer. She was born April 27, 1949, in Idaho Falls to Gordon Lee Culver and Dorothy Bernice Brown Culver. She grew up in Idaho Falls and graduated from Skyline High School in 1967. She was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. On November 16, 1968, she married Steven Charles Seward in Idaho Falls. They were later divorced. LaDawna worked for Channel Blend Call Center. LaDawna enjoyed crocheting, reading, crossword puzzles, horseback riding, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother and a friend to everyone who knew her. LaDawna is survived by her children: Morgan (Miranda) Seward of Idaho Falls; Brady (Kim) Seward of Boise; Shanell (Ron) Ferguson of Powell, Wyoming; Brooke Payan of Shelley; 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Dorothy Culver. At LaDawna's request, private family services will be held at a later date.
