LaFay Cleverley Gough, 75, of Idaho Falls passed away June 27, 2014 of congestive heart failure surrounded by family. LaFay was born April 17, 1939 to Leo and Twila (Hulse) Cleverley of Iona, Idaho. She was the last surviving child of nine. She married her one and only, Justin Gough on December 21, 1956. To this union they had six children. Carla Paulsen, Idaho Falls; Kirk (Cindy) Gough, Bountiful, Utah; Tesha (Dale) Mitchell, Shelley, Idaho; Laurie Walker, Ogden, Utah; Twila Harris (deceased) and Vangie (Kim) Halbrook, Idaho Falls, Idaho. She has 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. LaFay was preceded in death by her husband, Justin, and her daughter, Twila. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed camping, and playing any kind of card games. She was known as a "card shark" at pinochle. We thanked God for the caring you've shown us through the years, for the closeness we've enjoyed in time of laughter and of tears.
