IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Larry
Foster
September 23, 1964 – February 10, 2022
Minister Larry Foster was born on September 23, 1964, in San Diego, California. He went home to be with the Lord on February 10, 2022. Minister Larry Foster was the son of the late Bishop George and Alberta Foster Jr. He was the fifth child out of seven children that George and Alberta raised. Larry graduated from Bonneville High School in 1983. Minister Larry Foster gave his life to the Lord at the age of seven years old. He has not looked back since. Mother Foster used to call Larry her "Little Songbird". There was no place where Larry would not break out in song. Seriously, ask any of his friends. Ask the customers in Wal-Mart, people loved to see him coming. He had a way to make you smile even on a gloomy day.
Larry was talented in so many ways. He was an incredible brother and son, to many he was a best friend. The spirit of the Lord walked with him. He is considered one of the most gifted musicians and vocalists that this city and the state of Idaho have ever seen. To many of us, Minister Larry Foster will always be: "The Voice". He will Forever be singing a song in our hearts.
Larry Foster was preceded in death by his father Bishop George Foster Jr., Mother Alberta Foster, three brothers: Trenel Watkins, Waymon Watkins, and Billy Foster. One sister Kathy Stewart. He leaves to mourn and celebrate his passing to his sister, Karen M. Hurd; brother, Bradford J. Foster Sr.; sisters-in-law, Thelma Hill-Foster and Tonya Lynn Foster; brother-in-law, Randy Hurd; many nieces and nephews, Godsons and Goddaughters, a host of relatives and friends. He will be missed.
