Lisa Ann Niebaur Bennington, of Middleton, Idaho, passed away May 8, 2006, of natural causes. Born in Boise, Idaho, on April 23, 1969, Lisa was raised and lived most of her life in the Treasure Valley she loved.

Lisa attended Boise High School, and later Boise State Univeristy. She worked for 12 years as a CNA before returning to BSU to pursue a teaching degree.

Lisa and Robert Slagel were married in 1987 and together raised 3 children; Chad Ray Neibaur, Mary Margaret Slagel, and Todd Oren Slagel, they were later divorced.

Lisa married Carl Bennington December 24, 2002 in Caldwell, Idaho, bringing into the family Heather Lynn, and Krystal Leigh Bennington.

Lisa loved traveling and worked with her husband Carl across the western United States, while managing to maintain a nearly perfect GPA at the same time.

Lisa was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Dana, her mother, Geri, her beloved aunt Sharon, and her special friend and first husband's mother Lila.

She is survived by her husband Carl, her children, her father and step mother Deloy and Cindy Neibaur, her mother and father-in-law LaMoin and Midge Bennington and her sister Linda(Don).

Funeral Services are at 11:00 a.m. at the North Caldwell LDS Stake Center, Old Highway 30, Caldwell, Idaho. Memorial Service will be held Saturday May 13, at 2:00 p.m. at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St. in Idaho Falls. Interment will follow at the Ammon Cemetery in Ammon, Idaho.
