Emma Louise Moulton, 67, of Ammon, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Promise Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah of ARDS.

Louise was born on October 2, 1948, in Blackfoot, Idaho to Melvin Ernest Bowles and LouElla Moore Bowles.

Louise was raised in Idaho Falls and attended Idaho Falls High School and EITC. She worked at Riverview Hospital in Idaho Falls and for the INL for various contractors from 1983 until 2005 when she retired.

On November 27, 1964, Louise married Dwain H. Judy in Ammon, Idaho. Louise and Dwain made their home in Boise and Idaho Falls, Idaho. Louise spent a lot of time on the Salmon River with Dwain and also at his family's farm in the Ozone area. Louise and Dwain were blessed with two children, Michelle and Kirk. Dwain passed away on March 6, 2006 from cancer.

Louise married Allen Guy Moulton of Ammon on July 29, 2011, in Shelley, Idaho. Louise and Guy loved to travel and were fortunate to spend some of their retirement years seeing parts of the Northwest.

Louise is survived by her husband, Guy, of Ammon; daughter Michelle (George) Horton of Ammon; son Kirk (Jerda) Judy of Shelley; 4 grandchildren Sara, Lindsay, Kaleb and Annalei; 4 great grandchildren; two stepsons: Lucas (August) Moulton of Lehi, Utah and Garrett (Kaleena) Moulton of Ammon, ID; sister Connie Thompson of Ammon; brother Blaine Bowles of Eagle Mountain, Utah. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dwain, her parents, one sister, and two brothers.

Graveside services will be held Friday, January 29, 2016 at 1:00p.m. at the Ammon Cemetery under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary. The family will receive friends from 7-8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 28th, 2016, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St. Idaho Falls. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.coltrinmortuary.com.
